1. Preamble and Legal Notices
Welcome to Watt-Pro (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), accessible at https://watt-pro.eu.

The User is solely responsible for the Content they upload. They agree to comply with applicable laws.
It is strictly forbidden to publish:
Hateful, racist, defamatory, or pornographic content.
Content that infringes on the privacy of others.
Content that incites violence or illegal activities.
Spam or unsolicited advertising.
Watt-Pro moderates posts after publication and reserves the right to refuse to publish or delete them at any time, without having to justify its decision to the member.

8. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the country where the website publisher's registered office is located. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction where Watt-Pro's registered office is located.
